All orders are processed within 1-2 business days, (excluding weekends and bank holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Special next day deliveries are not sent outside of the specified time parameters given - orders have to be received Monday - Thursday before 12pm on each of these days to be eligible for next day delivery* bank holidays and weekends are exempt from next day delivery* your order will be posted on a next day service when normal working hours resume* (please note weekends and bank holidays our offices are shut and all emails will be responded to in normal working hours)

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

 New Addition - Shop collection has been added, just simply add your address, and we will find the closest shop to you that offers a collection point for your parcel. Please upon collecting your parcel, take 2 forms of ID to retrieve.

All DPD options include up to £50 compensation, regardless of order value.

All Royal mail orders include up to £20 compensation, regardless of order value.

International:

USA and Canada up to 2.5kg £40.00, USA and Canada up to 5kg £57.00, we have a general 3-5 working days delivery time. Customs duties and import charges will apply, these are applied by the courier company when order reaches destination country. These charges are additional and the customers responsibility to pay. Ocean Baby has no control over these charges and is under no obligation to pay them.

Ireland up to 2.1kg is generally 2-7 working days (excluding weekends) Your order will be FREE of import duties and taxes (including VAT)

Germany £14.95, Belgium £14.95, Greece £20.00, Spain £15.95, Portugal £14.95, Netherlands £14.95, France £14.95 - via courier is generally 3-5 working days (excluding weekends) Your order will be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Ocean Baby Ltd is not responsible for these charges are the customers responsibility. Please check carefully before placing an order with us.

IMPORTANT Note* International returns are very expensive, and the return cost will be payable by the customer. No refund will be approved on shipping to or from destination country.

If you wish to extend your liability on your parcel, to the parcel value, please contact us prior to making your order, and we will assist you in adding additional insurance. if you do not insist on extra insurance please be aware in the case of a successful claim you will only be awarded the amounts set out above.

*Important Note*

Please check carefully you have input or selected the correct billing and shipping address address/s when completing your order. It is the individuals responsibility to input the correct address, we hold no responsibility if the customer has added the incorrect address. if you feel you may have added the incorrect address at any stage, please contact us immediately in case of incorrect routing.

We use DPD as our courier provider in the UK, we give express instructions on every order - 'order not to be left in a safe place' - as the customer you have the right to override this instruction - if this is done however, we accept no responsibility or liability should any problems occur thereafter this instruction. DPD take a photographic images on every order.

Ocean Baby reserve the right to combine orders being dispatched within the same time frame. Processing fees are high, you will not be reimbursed for postage costs in the event we choose to combine an order. All orders under go CCTV monitoring so we can ensure all parcels are correctly packed and combined successfully. Orders that have been combined will receive only 1 tracking number as this order will be shipped as 1 order. 

We offer international shipping. Please see upon checkout your chosen country is included on our list.Regrettably, we do not ship to countries outside of those specified above. International orders can take longer to prepare as Ocean Baby needs to ensure all the correct documentation is in place, prior to the item being dispatched. 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. In the event the order has been received during a weekend or bank holiday - there will be a slightly longer delay of up to 72 hours. 

Ireland shipments are now going through a new process - you will receive tracking after 4-5 working days of us receiving order, once you receive tracking orders are generally delivered the next day.

UK Mainland - If you haven’t received your order within 4 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@oceanbaby.co.uk with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you. 

All Orders

If Ocean Baby receives no communication within 7 days of delivery regarding any problems with the order, you are deemed to have received the goods in full, and you're order will be successfully closed.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused, unworn, tags attached and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus all shipping costs. Please refer to our refund policy here: Refund policy

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us straight away at info@oceanbaby.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
